Cleaning and caring for your contact lenses

 1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
 2. Place lens on palm. With your index finger, gently rub both sides of lens surface.
 3. Rinse lens.
 4. Soak your lenses in fresh disinfecting solution.
 5. Clean your contact lens storage case.
